Update in the Chicago Gun Case
Here Looks like the motions they filed were denied, not a big surprise or problem. My understanding is that granting the motions would have sped things up, but denying them does not place the cases in any sort of jeopardy.

I just finished the motion for summary judgement filed in the Chicago gun case. As Dave Hardy said, very well written, mainly addressing incorporation, but also a couple shots at licensing.
