I said on the program last night that I’m not going to be the conservative Cindy Sheehan. I’m not going to be the conservative Rosie O’Donnell, or the conservative Keith Olbermann. First of all, I don’t think it’ll be helpful, but more importantly, I just have too much self-respect to turn into a little troll. – Cam

I concur. Running around screaming “He’s not my President” and the like is counterproductive. To begin with, he IS your president, and saying that he’s not just makes you appear delusional. Also, it is hard to have any meaningful conversation while acting this way. The Conservative ideals of smaller government, lower taxes, and less government intrusion still resonate with a lot of people, including people in exit polls that said the voted for Barack Obama. Rationally expressing these ideals, and our plans to make them happen, will get us a lot further than incoherent ranting.
