If you are going to extol the virtues of the U.N. global gun treaty, (I shudder just typing that…) You might want to consider not putting one of the world’s worst human rights violators in as the example. It doesn’t really help your case.

    What about the governments themselves that could be considered “criminal gangs?”

    The UN has Syria and Sudan on the HRC, so nothing they do surprises me anymore. They’re morons.
