It sounds like the people of New Orleans took a lesson from history, and are stocking up on AR-15s and .223 ammo. I will be interested to see what Mayor No-gun does if another emergency arises. Laws are on the book to prevent the confiscations that happened last time, but will they choose to ignore those laws?
I really hope for everyone’s sake that nothing similar to Katrina happens, and that if there is an emergency that the N.O. government does not choose to use it as an excuse to infringe on their citizens civil rights.
